BUGJAM anyone???

Just wonderd if anyone is going to bugjam? it's the only show were going to this year, as we live in S.W. France. Stickers are being cut this weekend for those that want them (see my other thred in general). So who's going???

im going, i love everything about the weekend, although it doesnt seem to be that popular on here, it sure shows how polular it is when everyone is pitched up doesnt it? its been rammed every year i have been, cant wait

TBH shows in general don't seem that popular on here. Inters' attendance yesterday was very poor, very little interest has been shown in GTI Festival and I don't think The Retro Show's even been mentioned?

im going bug jam for full weekend - cant wait - go every year! party tents at night are amazing! not too mention how many different campers, bugs, golfs you see! saw a camper with a porshe engine in it it last time! make sur eyou have a camera with reserve batteries or a video - gonna be a good one!!

BUGJAM! Hell yeah, go every year and love it each time. Have a passion for it due to my aircooled background but now ive got watercooled and it aint stoppin me! What a great festival for the whole vw scene, cant wait to see what times my 20vt will do up the strip................ and Yes I have breakdown cover sorted lol!

I'm going for the first time this year, whats the best time to get there? was thinking of getting there for when the gates open.

Yep get there as early as you can and be prepared to que to get in! It fills up real quick and if you arrive later in the day you end up camping at the back of the field which means a bit of a trot to get to the entertainment and makes finding your tent a bit of a challenge late at night!

Based on previous years, midday Friday is when it starts getting busy with queues etc. Worst position was when I arrived at 8pm Friday and I was camping near the finish line but on the other side, so had a 1/2 mile walk to the pits, etc.

Hopefully i'll make it for the weekend not been for couple of years now always a good turn out, get there early on the friday.

alright mate, i'll also be making the long trip. i live in holywell and going with some lads from mold. my mate said it took 2.5 hrs to get home last year so not too bad

i'll be making a longer trip, from guernsey channel islands on the boat then drive up from poole. last went to 'jam' about 8 years ago
