I think you did just make it up but I'm sure there are a few clubs/regions driving over in convoy.  A few of us from my direction usually meet up and drive over then meet some friends there and as I'm fairly local, I get to the front of the queue so if you want to meet up at McDonalds Abergele before queuing let me know  

I'm hoping to come to this Will check if Gammy is organising Club Stand this year.

Had quick look at advert for show - 'Early Evening cruise along coastline 5pm' on the saturday,  Which is what I must of been thinking of.

Yeah they have a cruise down the coast and back - a trail of VW's on the A55 going slow with people taking pics in the fast lane  :wink:

Ok, so we need to book a Club Stand if everyone's interested, I'm happy to do that.

I am going to need someone to help out and organise, can I have a volunteer?

I will only be able to come over on the Sunday I think.

Isn't it only a one dayer, with camping on the Saturday night Anna?

Previous years have stipulated that cars need to be in by 9am so gates can be opened without traffic moving around.

9am onwards should see plenty of time to get set up with gazebo etc!

Yep, it is a one day event, with camping Saturday.

I might not be able to come in my cabby, nor get there until 9.00 so will need someone to do a bit of organising before I get there and to take club flags if possible.

Ah, right gotcha!

Let me know what you need Anna, we hope to camp there and will prob be goin in Pickles so not a problem.
