Will these wheels fit?

I will be aquireing some AZEV Type A's soon just for the sake of it. But i had a thought as my mk1 driver is on steelies but they are tatty and rusted. The wheels are 215/45/R17 - The question is will these fit without rubbing ect?

Whats the width of the alloys? I have 17's on my mk1 (7.5 x17) with around a 60mm drop but have 40 profile tyres and only get rubbing on deep dips in the road so it's not too bad, fyi there is a cheap set of 16" Azev A's for sale on E38 forums.

Is the car lowered, if so by how much? though be warned turning the wheel to park with 17's and no power steering is a challenge.

I was thinking the same, lol.  It'd be tractor height as well…

why thank you these wheels will be for sale in the next few months, as im getting the same ones but with a nice dish instead...
