Will MK4 GTTDI SEATS fit a MK1 Cabriolet??

Hi does anyone know how i can get mk4 interior to fit into my cabriolet mk1.

Any ideas or hints etc will be greatly appreciated.!!!

Read in Golf+ that Mk4 seats have been fitted in a MK1 but it involved massive alterations and was not worth the effort or outlay .
