Wheel size help? Would these fit?

Hi every1. Im new to the club and just wanted some advice. The alloys i have on my golf at the minute are wolface voodoo 15x 6.5j which i don't really like. Im after some ronal turbos. Ive seen some but they are 15x7j offset 28 with 45/195 tyres. I just wondered whether these would fit without any problems? The offset is not stamped on the wolfrace wheels, they don't really look like they have an offset? and between the back side edge of the tyre and the shock the gap is about 20mm maybe less.
This topic has probably cropped up alot, so sorry to bore you, but any advice  would be much appreciated.

If you are not excessively lowered and. Not using coil overs they should fit, standard wheel are et38 so the et28 will be 10mm closer to the suspension strut, also as the wheels are wider than standard 6 or 6.5 inches that will make them closer again to your strut. If it comes to the worse and they are rubbing on the strut side then wheel spacers will need to be used. If you are not too low they shouldn't be a problem on the arch side.

Cheers guys thats a great help. Its not that low so arch problems should'nt be a problem. If that offset moves it away abit from the strut then all the better i think. Best treat myself now then.
