what clutch for 1.8t
was unsure weather to add this in the big 1.8t conversion tread but its only a quick one. 'very slowly' building my golf up and i have a aeb engine and i will be using a 02a gearbox,i do not have the clutch and flywheel off the aeb as it didnt come with them, i am wondering what i use for the conversion, what will work enough to take the power? thanks

Stock VW VR6 clutch will probably be a good solution. (Probably) use the 20vT flywheel and VR6 clutch. Beware of lightening the 20vT flywheel - could be dual mass.

the wheels are just rsl 5spokes,8x14 on the bggest dish they did i think, same dish up front aswell, ok ill have to get it on the shoping list, will the vr6 clutch mate well with the 20v flywheel? was hoping to use the same to,like vr6 clutch and flywheel, as the 20v is very heavy.

have been doing some reasearch, and from gsf the clutch kit for the g60 is the same part number as the 2.0 16v. and the vr6 clutches are the same size as the g60. are they the same items or am i wrong? also will a clutch kit include a clutch presure plate and clutch plates? im getting confused with trying to spend all my money!!
