TSR 1.9 question...

Does anyone know what headgaskets they used on these, as I'm going to give it a good check over before i mount it, otherwise the law of sod says somethiong will go 'ping' if i put it staight back in…

Have you rung TSR ? I would have thought standard gasket but good quality .

Been away from the 'dub thing for a while so didn't know if they were still going or not…

i think they use a 2.0 steel head gaskit

should be a 2.0 gasket as the pistons are 83mm in the tsr conversion. 2.0 engines used 82.5mm pistons. allowing for overboring etc the 2.0 gasket should be just fine.
 1780cc engines (1.8 litre) used 81.5mm pistons.
