tired mk1 caddy

Hi Guys,
I've just bought myself a slightly tired MK1 caddy, and i'm planning on restoring it. Only problem being slightly new to the older golf scene, had mk3/mk4 in past and fancied a change.
The suspension is knackered rear leafs have seen better days, are there any replacements on the market? or is it better to scrap these for coil overs?

Don't believe you can ditch leaf springs that easily tbh….but it's a question best asked on the caddy forums tbh,  good lcuk with it
