tilt and slide in a mk1, how to fit?

i have a campaign with a sunroof adjuster missing, these are hard to find in ireland. i have been offered a tilt and slide roof from a sirocco and am thimking about fitting it. has anybody done this before and if so, how difficult is it to do? does the headlining etc need to be stripped back? thanks for your help. oh and also, does anybody know any previous owners of a green campaign, A862 SNV?

can you put a picture of what bits missing ?  i have a few spares for my sun roof might be able to sort out a spare bit.  i am also selling a tilt n slide roof  on ebay today. is it the big flat headed  adjusting screw ?
