Suspension Extras!

I've just bought a new set of suspension which is slightly uprated and lower than the standard items.  My question to the people in the know is what should I fit along with the suspension?  

I'm going to buy some poly wishbone bushes but other than that I'm a bit in the dark as to what is best replaced!  I've heard things about front bump stop kits etc but dont have a Yaba Daba Scooby Doo what they eh….do, or if they are needed.

I was checking out BugPack items which look pretty good.

Change as many bushes as you can as it helps enormously, and top mounts as they are cheap

bugpack is very good value but powerflex are better if you can afford them

Bumpstops are mounted on a shocks piston and prevent it from bottoming all the way

very important to have them on, you will know if your suspension bottoms out on potholes as it makes a loud thud!

also dust  covers are cheap and will prolong shocks life considerably

One more thing mate, where is the best place to get hold of the front uprated top mounts? Tried venom Motorsport, Bigboys toys with not much luck.

Also tried euro carparts for the standard items and they are no coming in cheap

if you want something like bonrath best bet i think is to get a set from a show or just ring around :dontknow:

Or if you are a bit more serious about suspension something like mine can be bought for ?80-?100, pending how lucky you are

they do uprated top mounts on ebay  :wink:
