16v kr engine or
then you need a scirocco 16v inlet
custom fuel rail
brackets to put altenator on back of engine
audi S2 pistons
thats just a few things

working in a salvage yard i would do a 1.8T conversion

hi quickes and probilly cheapest way is

getting a 2.0 8v block with pistons and a 16v head this drops the compresstion to 8.5/1 perfect for supercharging

and using an eaton supercharger there cheep on ebay normailly around ?100 although you will have to make the brackets for it

Which 8v block and 16V head combination will gives a compression ratio of 8.5:1 as this would solve a lot of headaches with my new engine build.
