Sidestriping

Hello,

I have an original Golf 1 GTI. The color is Lhasa green metallic. Does anyone know which color (original) the side striping has to be?

I have Pirelli rims so I think that silver is the right color but I am not sure about that.

HI HAVE HAD A COUPLE LHASA GREEN GOLFS IN AND THERE ALWAYS HAD THE STRIP WITH CHROME IN .. I HAVE PLENTY IN STOCK IF NEEDED

If you mean the lower side stripe (the thick / thin stickers) then normally black, if you mean the actual side strips (metal ones), then these are black as well.

Thanks for the reactions. I mean the thick/thin plastic striping. I think that silver striping is better as black striping on my lhasagreen GTI with Pirelli rims. Don't you think?

So the original colour is black, but in my opinion silver striping looks better in combination with Pirelli rims
