SEATS

HI GUYS IVE GOT A 1990 CLIPPER CABRIOLET WHICH IS CLEAN APART FROM THE SEATS, THE ARE LIGHT GRAY IN MY CAR BUY ARE REALLY DIRTY IVE TRYED GETTING THEM CLEANED BUT THERE STILL DIRTY ANYWAY I KNOW A GUY SELLING A MINT SET OF BLACK 1990 GTI SEATS, DOOR CARDS AND CARPET NON CABRIOLET HE SAYS THEY'LL FIT BUT MY MATE SAYS THEY DONT FIT CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT? I KNOW THE DOOR CARDS WONT FIT BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SEATS? CARPET? WOULD CHANGE THEM BOTH IF THEY FITTED. CHEERS.

The front seats will fit fine and as long as they come from a 3 door and have the lever to tilt the seat forward so you can still get in the back.  The rears and carpet are different.

If your cloth is in good condition apart from the dirt, why not get it valeted or hire a upholstery cleaning machine??  Almost certainly be alot cheaper than replacing the whole interior.  Hire a machine for around ?20 a weekend or valeting from about ?30 upwards.
