recaro seats

anyone fitted recaro seat from an rs turbo or astra gte in a golf got a chance of some cheap ones and you can buy new bolsters for them. Was gonna retrim them in origanal mk 1 gti fabric

Ok dude will get some pics tomorrow and post em up for ya, in the mean time = i used some 20mm square tubing to make the frame and parts of the old seat frame as well. the pics will help to show what i mean though dude !!

I have mate, the subframe is made up of 2 different parts, but works perfectly…

Both work perfectly..just need re trimming!
I think you can get the subframes direct from recaro, but quite expensive?? ope this helps
