Poly Bushes?

Which poly bushes are worth the money to uprate from the standard ones? Putting a 16V on 40's into a 1300 driver, ive got from the scrapy a set of gti lower arms with roll bar, it will have mk2 16v brakes all round which have acctually ended up costing me nothing to convert on to the mk1  :D   :D   :D   and thats including the set of audi caliper carriers you need!!!! And as for suspension im not sure yet coilovers but which ones, which is another of my posts. http://www.vwgolfmk1.org.uk/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=16818&highlight=

I have Rally Design ones in the front arms and Polybush ones in the beam. The RD ones are dirt cheap and seem OK. They've been in for a year.

The gsf kit is great value for money as they give you all wishbone and rear beam, engine and steering rack bushes and rear top mounts and a bump stop kit all for 65 quid but no anti roll bar ones but you can get them from rally desgin on there own

Might aswell do every bush as all the ones on there will be very old and it will transform you car. I have the poly rear engine mount I have no complaints about it but everyone who goes in my car says christ you have hard engine mounts.

I've got Supaflex poly bushes all round and so far they've been great.

They're about ?75 for a full set (including steering rack and engine mounts) so are very good value.

A full set of Powerflex is around ?200+, but they are supposed to be the best.
