ill go with poly for know as i dont fancy cracking my 4 branch manifold as it took me ages to get it in the hole

Do you have a flexi section in it? Mine has a triangular flange, with 3 bolts which also incorporate a spring - this counts, as a flexi section.

p.s. i should of done the poly steering mounts before i fittd the 4 branch as its a bit tight
