Performance Clutch, Lightened Flywheel. Help please.

My Mk1 Gti track car (2.0 16v 9a conversion) needs a new clutch.
I've been advised that the 210mm clutch is good for 180bhp and my car is making approx 160bhp, but I still think it might be worth taking this opportunity to upgrade from a standard one to an uprated one.
The car is road legal and will spend some of its time on the road (mostly driving to track events!)  so I assume I'd be better to source a 'fast road' clutch, rather than a 'race' clutch.  Can anyone give any advice on this including where to buy from?
Also, while I'm at it, a lightened flywheel sounds like a good idea.  Again - if anyone has done the same, please could you share your experience.  Is it worth it?  Where did you get it from, etc
