need some help or addvise

hi i have a 1990 mk1 clipper 1.8 8v ive just bought a 1.8 16v tsr us spec am wondering wat sort of a job it is to put that engine into mine wat things will i need etc also will the mk2 sub frame fit the mk 1 cheers
