moving my petrol cap

i want to move my petrol cap from its normal place and smooth that out and replace the filler neck behind the rear lights i have seen this done once before on a corrado but nnot on a golf any ideas on what i should do

Not an expert my self, but i would assume to go and see your local bodyshop for advice...!!!

A mk1 Golf has done it before…there's a pic on the back page of this month's Performance VW magazine (preview of next week)…although it won't be a feature, before you get excited.  

No matter where you put the petrol cap,or hide it,you still have to buy petrol  :wink:
