mk2 16v m/c and sevro???

hi just brought what i think is mk2 16v sevro/mc from scrap yard but it wasnt on the car so any idea of telling if it is from a mk2 16v cheers

Put some pictures up, any part numbers?

1982 1.8T-20v-GtEfi. K03S. Megasquirt. 16v Servo + MS. Relayed lights. Mk3 Wiper Motor… Getting too Reliable!

I had a quick look on ETKA but I can't find part number 192 612 105a but I found part number 191 612 105a which is shown as coming from a Mark2 Golf and is a 9" servo which would mean it was used on the 16V. Hope this helps. :)  :)

they generally have the bore size cast into them

does it have 22 cast into it? thats the 16v

I think an 8v is 20

Did you get the servo and master cylinder as one piece or seperate? 20 does indicate the 8V.

thanks for  all the help yes they were still joined together new it would be the wrong bit they have one off a scirrico storm would that fit or passat
