Mk1 G60 Conversion,brake problem.

Hey guys,well its taken a while but im ready to drop the engine in to the car,well pretty much.Only thing is i read i might have to relocate the servo?So yeah is this right,do i have to relocate any of the brake lines or the servo?

No you don't.
If you uprate the servo and master cylinder to a 16v one then you may have to bend the pipes slightly.
The only pipes you have to move are the fuel lines as they are on the drivers side on G60 engine.

Cool,cheers mate.I think im gonna try put it in at the weekend so didnt want a dirty surprise like that haha.Anyone got any tips on what radiator and intercooler i should go for?Was just gonna got for a Mk2 radiator and a universal intercooler that should sit just behind the grill up on the slam panel,think itll fit or any better ideas?

use the corado rad,thats what i'm gonna use :)
or even better would be to get a mk2 rallye rad and intercooler and use a rallye outlet on your charger.

Yeah that was my initial plan,was just wondering about the size of the fan and housing etc.With space being tight wasnt sure if id need to buy the radiator then get some seperate slim line fan and motor,everyone seems to have different methods,dnt want it to cost me a great deal for a radiator.

it is a bit tight but i'm going to move the battery to the boot to give a bit more space for pipework.

Hey! I'm from Hungary and i have to ask something.
If I want a G60 in my Golf 1, I will have to do changes with the engine fixing? So I have to weld etc.?
