what is required??
whats the best route??
i figured buy a bumped tt or a3 and cut out the floor pan????

Saw a couple of 4X4 Syncros for sale on piston heads and was wondering how cool it will be to have a 4X4 MK1
Will be intrested to see the build thread.

I no longer have the Mk1!! I now whizz round in a Black 1990 3dr Mk2 GTi 8v but the roof doesn't fold back when the sun shines

Why did he not Raise the car like the actual MK2 4X4
However looks stunning and i am sure drives well too
