Mk1 1.8 GTi Wiring Loom for G60 Conversion
I've been checking out the wiring loom on the G60 project I've recently brought. And I'm not happy with what the guy before me has done with the wiring. He's wired the G60 loom to the orignal wiring loom himself. Give him credit for doing the job. But it just looks dodgy to me. There's wires all over the place, there's no real organization about it. I wouldn't feel safe leaving the battery on.
Are there any specialists out there that sell Mk1 1.8 GTi to G60 wiring looms that anyones had experience with or can recommend?? I've done a search on Google and found 1 or 2 companys that might be able to help me.
Cheers
Daniel

I called them today. They want ?280 for me to send them my G60 ECU and they'll find the 4-7 wires. And label them for me to connect to my wiring loom. 8O
Although he said he'll wire the ECU to run without connecting it to my fuse box. Has anyone had this experience??
Does anyone on the forum know what colour wires you need to connect from my G60 ECU to my Standard loom are?? Or have access to any decent wiring diagrams?? I've done a search but haven't found anything.
Cheers
