Mk 2 lights in cab

Will Mk2 headlights fit my '88 Cabrio? :dontknow:

has anyone done a conversion with mk2 rallye lights or corrado lights?

pleanty of people have, i seen quite a few done, how im not too sure, i guess its cutting and welding of a mk2 rallye/corrado slam pannel and wings? hard to make it fit possibly

I have seen a few mk1`s with Rallye lamps fitted? they dont even come close to looking right imo, massive gaps around the lamps and slam panel, they look terrible on a mk1, I had a red Rallye Golf and the lamps really look good…….but ONLY on a Golf Rallye!

mk2 jetta lights look ok on a mk1

? the round lamps on early golfs just look "right", why would you put mk2 jetta lamps in a mk 1???????? they dont even look good on a jetta! the character and "face" of a mk1 is either a single or double round lamped grille, anything else looks ....well.......rubbish imo
