Kent Cam adjustable gear on 1600

What timing setting have you guys been using?

Hi to you in the US of A.

Don't know about the cams, although i do have the 'Kent cams' on my MK1 Gti, Do you know much about them.

The reason i ask is that my idle/tickover is irregular and uneven. I wondered if the 'Vernier Pulleys' that 'Kent cams' sell will help the problem.

The only 100% postitve way to know what cam you have is to pull it you and measure the cam lobes.

"Big" cams will cause lumpy idle.

UR loosely translated in German means "original".
