induction kit 4 a 89 cabriolet clipper??

hi i was just wondering does any1 know if u can get an induction kit 4 an 89 cabriolet clipper?? performance shop aint sure as only comes up gti on their comps... so can u get 1 or can u onbly get a replacement air filter only..

No mate no induction kit for the clipper(carb) engines. only way I could see would be to make a kit up of your own using universal kits as a starting point.

You could get a bolt on from K & N, instead of a standard air filter, but as I was informed on here when I asked people about it, it  makes life a little harder starting it from cold, especially in winter. But if your like me, I wont b using her much in the winter.

its still not an induction kit mate and will make cold-start-up, idling/tickover a pain in the rear, you could however get a weber carb with manual choke and bolt k&n on for better results, power/economy/reliability wise, how much is the bolt on k&n filter thing anyhow? and where would you start looking for one?
