unbolt your wheel, (on axle stands,) youll see the bottom of ur stru go into your hub fixd by 2 bolts, undo these (dont be shy with wd40!!) then undo the 3 (maybe4 cant remember) small 10mm (posibly 13mm) bolts under your bonnet then the complete strut drops out, use spring compressers to compress the spring down and undo the big nut ontop of the strut.
for the rears jack it up (not onthe rear beam) and undo the bottom shocker bolt where it mounts on to your axle behind your drums, go into your boot, whip of the top strut cover (if u have one) and undo the nut that holds that in place,
same again use spring compresses to compress the spring b4 u remove the nut that holds it all together
hope this helps
quite easy really, just dont b shy with the old wd40 and wire brush!

Just removed the rears on mine - the bolts which go through the rear beam will probably be very rusty and may be a real pain to shift - I've still not removed mine yet…
Like Simon says (no pun intended) use plenty of WD40

yea, sorry forgot to mention, i struggled to get mine out, i went down and got twonew bolts for the rears (bottom) and got four new blts for the bottoms on the front, i wasnt scared of using the old copper grease when putting them back together, as i no next time i come to take them of for any reason they aint goingtobe a pain (fingers crossed, whilst touching wood!)

Its been years since I've taken the struts off the front, but if I remember correctly it is a good idea to mark the camber adjusting bolt's position before its undone, so that alignment isn't too way off when you put it back together. You'll still need to get the alignment done properly.
