how 2 upgrading wiper motor? - with pic

Hi I've got myself a mk2 wiper motor which im hoping to upgrade with the slow mk1 wiper.

I haven't taken the old one off yet, but isit simply the case of taking the old motor out and matching the coloured wires of the new motor with what is on the car?

Yes. It mounts in a slightly different position and doesn't have the lower mount. The wiring colour codes on the bit of loom you should have got with the mk2 motor match the loom colours of the mk1. The picture you have shows the colours on the motor itself and I can't remember if these are the same.

dont follow the link on the vortex site. it wont work for uk car's. i know i just tried it. 20 mins more like 4 hours.
