HELP with a 16v conversion

Can anyone please help me….. I am wanting to put a mk2 16v engine out of a 1990 mk2 into one of my mk1's more than likely be a 1983 1300 driver i have a chocie of 2 or a gti. I have whole of all cars along with a set of twin 40's which id like to bolt on. Can anyone give me some help n advice as to parts i need to do this conversion along with convert the brakes to 16v servo front and rear discs etc etc also the cooling, wiring, and mounting the engine.  Cheers
