Gearbox Flange help!!!

Hi people, im doing 20v conversion ive got a set of 100mm flanges of a 02k box with the single bolt in the middle to go on my 02j box. The problem i have is that the seal on the 02j box is slightly smaller so when i put the 100mm flange on and tighten it up the flange does not move freely, do i have the wrong flanges? anybody else had this trouble any help would be much appreciated many thanks Andy

Right ive been told why these dont fit. The 02k box is derived from the 020 box and is rod change so the 100mm flanges of the 02k box do not fit the 02j box hope this helps anybody else who comes across this problem.
