G60 wheels & tyres.

Its probably been asked many times but i need to know what  should the  tyre set up be for 15" G60 Steel wheels on my mk1 i have lowered it 30mm with a koni kit. …..

To keep the rolling radius as it should be use 195/50/15.  With it being lowered a bit you may want to try a 45 profile to help with rubbage.  Will knock the speedo out a touch tho.

should'nt have problems with g60 steels and sensible tyres. 195 50 15's are a common option. keeps the roling radius pretty much correct and is a fair bit cheaper than 195 45 15 or 185 55 15

mines been droped on 195/45/16s and my speedos accurate to 1mph,

well either that or mr tomtom's lying to me lol,

and that was tested today on the m1 coming home from leeds at 100 mph
