fuel lines

was stripping out my doner mk2 16 v today for my mk1 conversion, would like to know if anyone has used the flexible mk2 fuel pipes in their conversion or are they no use. (havent got that far with conversion but just would like to know if i should keep them).

if the donor car ran well, i;d be inclined to use as much of it as possible

runs like a dream, only done 79k and serviced by vag  ,thats what tempted me or i would have prob went the 2.0 route

which ones do you mean? ones from metering head to injectors?
