Are you putting together a Mk1 PAS kit ?

If so I understand it will be Corsa based, how much will it cost and will it be bolt on ?

I have followed the other Corsa conversion and it just looks like too much work and welding.

www.steeringsolutions.com They were endorsed by VAG to install pwr steering to a number of cabriolets in the early 90s in the uk i believe they were the manufactures of the rack! they were also a direct replacement and if you look it up you will find several cabs still rollin around with those racks that have been there since 1st purchase. you might get lucky who knows.

They do not do the conversion anymore - only lighten exisiting power steering.
