exhaust n suspension

hi all
im after a subtle rear box for my 1.8 83 mk1. nothing too kevvy! just a nice low tick over but will turn heads when im motoring on by!

 plus im after a decent suspension kit, not lowering too much mind cos i slammed my 106gti and i couldnt take it over cats eyes or the painted lines on the road, without it grounding out!!!! so yet again something subtle but does the job!!!!
 
 any advice would be gratefully recieved!!

has anyone got a piccy of the gsf Ernst exhaust? or is that just a standard rear box?

Not sure about the GSF exhaust.. but heard good things about the supersprint system! I'd also go for a set of coilovers so you can adjust the ride height to where you want it, although it will be a bumpy ride  :wink:

 anyideas on the price of the supersprint?
 which coilovers are the best? i had a set of bilsteins on my pug106gti which handled like a go-kart but i needed my back realigned and straightened every time i backed off the drive!!!!

Have a look here, they also do FK Coilovers, only going on what I've heard though so not sure what they're like personally.. seems FK are the more popular choice
