Engine modifications

Hi Guys

Ive got a 2007 vw citi 1.4 carb fed engine. The engine has low km's and I'm needing advice on decent upgrades.

Half the stuff I have was given to me for free so id like to make the car as powerful as I can.

I've already got a Weber 36 dcd downdraft carb, Viper 4-2-1 branch with a 50mm freeflow exhaust. K&N pancake filter, 272 stk camshaft with a vernier pulley. When i got the car on the dyno, it only pushed 63.5kw otw. which is pretty useless… Does anyone know of any other modfications i could do while keeping it a N/A car. Also does anyone have any set up tips on vernier pulley degree settings or a better camshaft profile?
