It is a lot of work to do. It's deffinately worth considering the 16v if you are going to do it from scratch…

i have full restort the body on my golf e.g new bonnet, wings, front pannels, and two new rear arches!!!! so i no the body is mint!!
if i am going to do a conversion is any web sites, books or any advice u could give me,
ive change over engines before!. but never done a conversion to a bigger engine. so im not a complete novice
