I've said this a lot, but to be totally honest, if you have to ask then it's not an easy job. Unless you're very, very good with the spanners and especially the electrics!!
there aren't really many build threads as although it's done a lot, not many people with them are on here!
Theres a couple though.
Jon.

It is a lot of work to do I've managed it with not much experience with cars at all, however I have had to get help with the electrics.

I'm about a third of the way through my 20v conversion got most of the stuff bought, I've even built my own Megasquirt ECU in the bay at work (dont know if it works yet tho), its taken me ages to get to this point, where I've got the engine in and water system plummbed in. Its taken me a while cos my wife always dreams up other ways to occupy my time like xmas shopping in october for crying out loud!
The hardest part so far for me was sourcing the drivers side engine mount. The next major headache to come will definatly be the wiring loom!
There is loads of information on this site and all over the web, two or three really helpfull sites, Qpeng, Fastgolf and funksoulkitty were all very usefull when I was researching the conversion. Two old threads on here are good too, Bens_cab and jamiegolf's are a good read.

You will defo need to change the driver side engine mount, you'll need to cut up an old mk1 engine mount and weld it to a metal plate then drill the four or five holes to fit the 20v block. I got a mate to weld mine for me, after I drew up some plans, I used the funksoulkitty web page for reference, some good pictures of the angle you need to set it to.
Or you could buy a mount, think some one sells them on the caddy forum?
