bolt on K&N

any1 know if a bolt on k&n will fit onto a 34inch weber carb without modidfication?
i was gunna get 1 when i saw at the bottom of the ad that the k&n is only designed to fit on the original carb.

I know if you phone K&N they do adapter pieces to fit as i had simular problems on my mk2 escort.


Just a little mental note to look out for is carb freeze when fitting the k&n might get affected and might not ever motor is different
