Bias Pedal Box
i have a mk1 golf cabrio 1.8 gti an i was thinking about buying a bias pedal box off ebay here is web page http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-Golf-MK1-MK4-Track-Pro-Bias-Pedal-Box-CMB0711_W0QQitemZ140345336755QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item20ad3be3b3. can anyone tell me if there are any plus sides to installing one of these and what do i need to do to install it, any help much appreciated.

Installing one of these will give you way less leg room as they have to be mounted quite a way back for the cylinders to fit without fouling, I bought a similar one from OBP and ditched it after a few months as it did nothing but annoy me. Braking feel is massively improved by using a pedal box but you lose vacuum assistence, not a massive issue but one worth noting. In the end I built my own that sits up behind the dash with the pedal in pretty much the standard position. Been discussed here before.
