bbs split rims

will 8 x 15 bbs et16 split rims fit onto a mk1 golf without fouling the rear arches have been rolled already.

Can anyone offer any advice of the best width to use?

What size tyres? There is a couple of threads Ive posted on where loads of info has been added about offsets and arches fouling etc have a search through my old posts relating to wheel offsets etc
