Any ideas

I got a 1.8 clipper I would like to get some good power out of this engine keeping it normally aspirated as going to refurb whole engine just wondered if any one had any ideas on wat works like the best cam best size carb or even bike carb etc thanks if any 1 gt a bit of spare time to point me in right direction cheers
