Alloy Refurb...
Hi everyone, just wanted a bit of advice really. The guys at a body shop i no said they'll spray my wheels what ever colour I wanted if i do the donkey work and prep them. So my question is would this kit by e-tech :

Have everything I need to repair some light kurbing on my alloys before i give them to the guys at the body shop? cheers

Cheers dude, thats the sort of thing i was hoping to hear Well i wont even need the paint or primer because the body shops doing that for me so am i just looking for some metal putty,files and sand paper then really?

13" compomotives, not sure which style they are, not ones that i've seen before to be honest :s not really anything special just 5 spokes with abit of a dish i'll try and find a photo. Not really got many of my car yet.

Quick google search came up with the wheels being compomotive MS heres a photo i've found this isnt of the set thats on my car tho. These ones dont have as much of a dish as mine and mine dont have a polished dish

Settling In
i'm doing mine at bthe minute. i've been stripping them with a sand blaster. it brings them up a treat and it took me about 4 hours to totally strip them back to bare alloy. i'm filing and sanding the lips myself and i'll be using rattle can paint to spray them should have them finished by wednesday.

yeah tht'd be cool if you could post some pics up cheers dude. Just figured seems as though I need to replace all 4 tyres soon this would be a good time to give them a bit of a refurb
