ABS on Golf Mk 1

What is involved to fit an ABS system from a late model Mk 1 Cabrio to an early Golf with rear discs?  I have a cabriolet available for the parts.

Hang on a sec…you have a mk1 cabrio with ABS?

As far as I am aware no mk1s came with ABS or rear discs.

I'd love to be wrong though…

A lot of people have said this to me.  I have read several different articles saying the '92-'93 Golf Cabrios had ABS.  I looked on mobile.de and there were 12 Golf 1 Cabrios listed with ABS.  The car I am considering buying is in Florida and the owner says it has Driver's Airbag and ABS.  He said his owner's manual says the car has ABS.  Jeez!  Now I'm starting to wonder.

What about fitting ABS from a Corrodo?
