Abf idle

Coming to what hopefully is end of abf conversion.. Once started engine idles very high..? Have not yet connected lambda sensor and mate reckons this is the cause?!

Any other factors i should look at?

no its not the lambda, it'll run almost perfect without it. id suggest isv problem (make sure it vibrates with ignition on) and check the throttle body is nice and clean and it closes fully to the stop. check the idle switch clicks and look over all the wiring from the idle switch and tps where they run round the back of the engine it likes to bake hard and split back there.

you really need to get your diagnostics working though, it;'ll make your life so much easier. only 3 wires! grey/white to ecu and a live and earth. simples!
