8v twin carbs

Hi all
Anyone advise me on this please

I got a dx 1.8 block being bored / stoked to 2.0
having rods balanced and using arp bolts

i also have an injection cylinder head that has been ported/polished
manifold and pair on dellorto 40,s

just need to know how to get the best from this lot ,best way to block injector holes,fuellling ,further porting,carb jets etc what sort of bhp etc
