20vt engine.

is the 20vt in a skoda able to fit a mk1 golf,also what other cars could be 20vt engine donors.in the skoda the 20vt is 4 cyl,is this the norm,how do you get 20 4cyl.

to get 20 valves in to a 4 cylinder theres 5 valves per cylinder!! 3 inlet and 2 exhaust i think!!! the 20v turbo engine can be found in audi a3 golf mk4 skoda's audi tt's and seat cupra's ibiza's the list goes on and on……….

dont get a passat one or audi a4 more hassle than they are worth :wink:

theres a place near me who have a couple of AGU lumps ill ring tommorow and get a price they come with warranty also iirc :wink:

thanks,got your pm about prices etc,all seem good,but just looking around at various prices/bits.do you think it will be cheaper for me to source the parts,as i can do it over a period of time,dont really want to though.if i sourced all parts how much do you charge to fully install.sorry to be a pain :wink:

your best bet to make it more cost effective is to buy all the bits yourself well all the major bits then maybe get the engine mounted into the car from there the job is quite simple ish to complete
