20vt conversion
evening all! havent really posted on here but was wondering if you cud help. what would be needed for a 1.8t conversion when using the engine from a audi tt and the engine code being bam? are they all quattro? cheers for help fellas

Settling In
Thinking about doing this myself eventually. From what i can remember right now you will need: Engine obviously including manifolds turbo etc
Engine wiring loom from the donor car,
Modified exhaust downpipe,
Modified drivers side engine mount from your GTI
Depending on what gearbox you use, if you use your oringinal box you can keep the oringinal mount although i think most people eventually change the box to something cable change.
Intercooler and pipework.
Larger radiator.
Engine management system.
Im sure theres more but theres loads of people on here that will be able to tell you what ive missed.
