2.0 3A engine

Wondered if you could help me on this one as i have read a post on here regarding a 2.0 3A engine swap in a MK1 1600 carb model.
I have just got a 2.0 3A Audi engine, but realised there is no blanking plate in the block for the mechanical fuel pump, do you have to run a external electric pump?
Also these engines are electrnic ignition and my MK1 was on points, do i have to fit the ignition module etc? or can i revert to running on points again?
Will i be able to use my original radiator or will i need the bigger Audi one?

P.s what size clutch and flywheel do you need to use? as this engine was an auto.
