2.0 16v

i have just bought a 2.0 16v and hav been thinking of geting it rebored,
 what is the bigest/best re-bore the abf engine will take and what sort of power gains can i expect. i am wanting to put high compression pistons when re-bored.

 i was also thinking of puting in a set of race cams in which cams go well with this engine and what power gains are achieved with them
