wanting to put a 16v head on a 2.0 bottom end

You require a 9a block from either a 2 litre 16v corrado or 16v gt passat,this is the short block ,mk2 2 litre 16v is taller block
kr 16v head bolts straight on
Im rebuilding a two litre 9a block at moment

Engine Code should be on it somewhere or other. 9A or 6A, or I guess ABF.
For a guide on converting 6A for use in Golf check out the FAQ section on CGTI. I think theres various engine code guides around on teh web, email me if you cant find one. i've got a 16v conversion guide zip as well if your interested.
9As came in Passat GL as well (where mine came from).
